(1)Adapt to the high concentrations of dust removal. Such as O-pea classifier, The dust concentration of gas of its grinding system top to 1000g/Nm3, type YQM air box pulse bag filter can deal with directly, no need to set up level 1 filter equipment like cyclone dust extractor.
(2)Adopt offline dust removal technology to remove dust, not only can avoid the phenomenon of secondary dust flying(adsorption again) due to online dust removal, but also won’t affect continuously running of equipment normal running condition, improve the dust removal effect, extend the service life of the filter bag.
(3)Adopt patent technology of “filter bag self-lock sealing device”, improve the closeness between the equipment and the filter bag, improve the efficiency of dust.
(4)Use air box structure, reduce the equipment to local resistance loss and eliminate the questions such as filter bag inconvenient etc…
(5)Electro-magnetic pulse valve adopt double-diaphragm structure, have the advantages of sensitive control, high efficiency and long life.
